First Time Players to BMHA
ALL FIRST TIME PLAYERS:
Registration for 2022 - 2023 will open on June 1 until the teams are full - register early!
Receive a $200 discount if you register prior to July 31.
BEFORE any player can be registered, one parent must have completed a current RESPECT IN SPORT PARENT online course. It takes about 45 minutes. Save the HAP number that you are given, as you will need it to register. If you already have had players in BMHA and you are registering a new player, you must add them to your Parent Respect in Sport profile BEFORE they can be registered. This course expires every 4 years and needs to be current. You can check your HAP number on the same website by clicking" Need your Certificate #" and entering in the email you used to register for the first time you did the course. Activity Leader Respect in Sport DOES NOT replace Parent Respect in Sport.

ALL FIRST TIME PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF DATE OF BIRTH.
Please upload a copy of your players Birth Certificate during the registration process, or email to registrar@beaverlodgeminorhockey.com.

You will need to ensure that the office receives your Parent Declaration form within 15 days of registration.
