Registration Info
Registration for the 2025/26 Season will start May 1. Registration until June 15 only open to current players of BMHA and those in the Beaverlodge-Hythe area. Register early to ensure your place - space is limited. After June 15th registration is open to players from all areas.

Make sure your RESPECT in SPORT has not expired prior to Registration - you will not be able to register without a valid Respect in Sport number!
Discount will not be extended for incomplete Respect in Sport certification!
The minimum $200 deposit must be paid at time of registration to receive the discounted pricing and spot on a team (unless you are applying for Kidsport or other funding - please select this as the payment type on your registration form).
 | A copy of the player's Birth Certificate and AHC# must be submitted with all NEW registrations. Any player who has registered in another association other than Beaverlodge Minor Hockey, must complete a PLAYER MOVEMENT FORM. If you are not able to play in your resident association due to no team in your division, a PLAYER MOVEMENT FORM must be attached to your application that is signed by your resident association's president. If you have moved with a parent into the Beaverlodge Boundary, then you must submit a PARENT DECLARATION FORM. |
